A witch is someone that calls themselves one, generally a practitioner of magick. It is a title that some people take when they are studying and practising witchcraft nothing more.
I understand what you mean, what I kind of asking is how oneself know they have what it take to practice magic and etc?
I asking this is because I would like to know more about this, as I have always been a very sensitive person. Also been told that I easily attract some unwanted guest.
Most witches believe that anyone can learn to practice magick, as long as they do what they need to do in order to learn. You don't have to have psychic abilities to do so, though if you have some you may be able to incorporate those abilities into your craft if you wanted to.
I'm notquite sure I'm understanding your question properly, but hopefully that helps.
Anyone can learn to undertake magickal practice, there aren't special requirements you need to fulfill to be able to undertake it, you just have to be willing to learn and study and have belief in what you are doing.
A good place to start is with forums on this site, a really good beginner book is: "Before you Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman.
I read some witch history and book, isn't there are those born with special gift to practice witchcraft and not every one are able to practice this.
Let to it to example, you said everyone can practice magic, but how you know you have it or how you feel the magic? by feeling, wavelength, tune or etc?
Anyone and everyone can practice witchcraft you don't have to be born special or have specific skills, anyone can learn to practice as long as they are willing to put in the time and effort.
You learn to feel energy, it is something you train yourself to be able to do, to some people it comes quicker than others, but it's still something you have to learn and it feel different to everyone, some people feel it as a cold sensation, others a hot sensations, some tingling, it depends on the individual.
