Hi everyone I need help for review spells or anything that helps me with the study, school. It's hard for me to study even I review all my subjects. Can you help me using ingredients that I can easily find in my country Philippines? I'm a beginner. Thank You

Unfortunately I don't know much about ingredients in the Philippines but here are some ideas:

Do you work with/have access to crystals? If so, there isa multitude of crystals for students www.crystalguidance.com/articles/students.html

Fluorite is the number one recommendation, I personally have loads of it. Good for memory and focus, also eases the symptoms of colds and flu (common in students lol)

If you don't work with crystals, rosemary is proven to improve memory. Have it with you when you study and take a test.

There is a very simple chant for concentration and energy, however you need to be okay with the fact, that it is basically a very light invokation of the ancient god of light and knowledge: Lucifer

I personally use a lot of herbs in my spell work, some are good for basically a catchall, like Rosemary and Sage would be good ones here. Lemon Balm would also be appropriate. All for mental prowess. Dandelion, Thyme, Burdock, and Ginger would be useful as well for concentration.

I'm not exactly sure what is available in the Philippines, but to my knowledge most of these items can be found in either a grocery store, or a supplement shop.

I would push the Rosemary for sure, but then really whatever "speaks to you" that would be appropriate. I would suggest a in tea or possibly a tincture. (Heads up though, not all special teas like this are very tasty... Perhaps add a calming tea like Chamomile in with it and some honey to sweeten things up if need be.)
