I do believe there are, but perhaps not in the form you think. I have a couple spells that assist in boostingconfidence or relaxing you. I know when my anxiety gets really bad herbal remedies are often great for it! What is it exactly that you were looking for?

Something my mother does when she has anxiety (situational) is she takes a few breaths, does the sign of the cross (she's Christain, but any faith or even a spell to relax you would work), and goes through every possible worse case situation. She evaluateshow likely each situation is and finds solutions for each.

(Her anxiety is mostly triggered by well, triggering events. I picked a bad situation that is a least triggering as possible but regardless. Skip to the next paragraph below to avoid. I don't know you personally enough or the entire internet so here's a trigger warning regardless. TRIGGER WARNING) For example, imagine you're at school and you dropped aproject thats worth your grade. She would plan talking to the teacher about moving her due date since it was finished, trying to fix it right then and there, calling home sick and leaving early, asking a friend to take the some of the blame for her, and straight up failing.

Something that I have always loved about my mother is she really does have a plan for everything, and when she can't find a solution, she says out loud, "Well then I'll just [be in whatever the worse case situation is] ?" and switches to another problem. It's amazing to see someone controlled by their mind simply come to terms. Her anxiety however is somewhat mild enough that she can do that. She says it's a matter of losing control, and that when she realizes how much control she has, she calms down a bit. Sometimes it doesn't work, so she over plans, then plans again, but it's still a good way to keep her mind busy and a way to help her feel like she's doing something about her situation.

If your anxiety is really bad, I would tell someone. You can get help and learn some coaping methods or methods to help you regain control. Or maybe, if you're on medication, you need a better dosage or a different type? I'm not a fan of pills but they help some people and it is an option. If you have another form of anxiety, you can try these methods but let me know. If you have social anxiety, I can tell you my methods to relax but they aren't as impressive as my mothers. There's also a huge factor of you finding what works for you. Maybe these methods help, but maybe they don't. It all depends.

She also uses an oil mixturethat helps keep her calm. Let me ask her or see if the photo of it is still up online.

It can take quite a while before you find the right combination that helps you with anxiety. It took me years. I find what helps me the most is my work with invocation. I also at times smoke white sage or ingest a few drops of wormwood placed in water. I don't recommend drinking it every day, however, as it would probably start to affect you, my husband for example started to receive headaches from taking it too much.

You could try grounding yourself and various meditations and crystals/stones if you like.

I would be careful with herbal remedies that can cause organ damage if taken everyday.

You don't have to ingest the herbs for it to be helpful. Many of them have calming aromas, and teas are completely safe to ingest.I would never suggest anything to this person if it was harmful.
