Becoming a shifter, wolf

I need help, can someone teach me how to become a wolf...?

You can't, if you mean a literal physical transformation into a wolf.

Lycanthropy has it's roots in shamanic and witch lore, the projection of the shaman's or witch's spirit double (their astral projection if you like), to physically appear in the material world, either as themselves or as something else, such as an animal (wolves being the most famous but also witches have been known to 'fair forth' as hares, cats, toads, foxes etc). It is extremely difficult and requires a great deal of practice, persistence and concentration, so as you can imagine, there aren't many people doing this. I stress this is a spiritual shapeshifting and astral projection, not An American Werewolf in London style of physical contortion.
