Write on paper BARBATOS and carry on you. It is not the paper it is the word in your mind. So with half your mind chant BARBATOS in your head and with the other half think Return To Sender.

A good general shield - Think in your head ENCLOSE BARRIER REPEL. The stronger your mental ability the stronger the shield.
