Spell for negatively and

I know I'm new here but, I'm trying to find help in removing negatively thoughts and grumpiness, from a person, this person is very special to me and is very sweet and kind but when they get into one of there moods which can last for weeks, it just brings me down, and I know if I can remove this from them. They will feel so much better. And I would love to be around them so much more, any help you can give me would be wonderful. I can't write any spells yet because I'm still learning. Thank you for your help

Try encouraging them to ground themselves and spend more time outside, or use stones like Hematite, Black Tourmaline, Kyanite, etc.
There are several things they can do to improve their mood.
Finding a creative outlet to channel those energies and feelings help drastically to increase a more positive mood, and to alleviate those feelings.

You're welcome. :)
And if you are feeling the same, then I also recommend you to do so as well.

I always find that a cleansing spell does a lot to remove negativity. You could remove it from the space, or from yourself, but unfortunately, you can't really use it successfully on someone who is not a willing participant. You can't help those who do not want to be helped.

It could go a long way to making you feel better, as well as enchanting something with positivity and carrying it with you, but as for improving their mood, the suggestion listed above is very good. Try talking to them and encouragingthem to be open and find an outlet--creative ones usually are most effective: drawing, photography, writing, dance, etc.. They may be going through something and not even realize they are acting this way.

Best of luck to the both of you with overcoming this.
