If you're a beginner, then spell casting isn't what you should be starting with, learning however, is.

Other good sources include books, many of which can be found on amazon, my personal favourite is "Before you Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman, it's a great book for beginners to be read ideally, before you begin actively practicing.

As a beginner always remember the conventional rules of magic,
"Do what you want but it shall harm none"
Always do spells that don't go against sonebodys free will or else you may face lethal consequences , why? Then see the 3 fold law,
"Your deeds come back to you with 3 times its original magbitude"
So if you help someone you will be rewarded with 3 times the benefits and if you harm someone you will be punished with 3 times the magnitude.

These 2 laws are such that every magician know but many don't really follow .but if you really want to attain divinity and to use magick in the best possible way never forget these 2 laws,

DaveAce, what you are talking about are rules, or guides within Wicca as a religion, not everyone who practices magick is Wiccan and won't follow these beliefs.
