Astral projection

Do any of you guys know how to astral project? My friend is trying to teach me how, but It is not working.

I can also help explain how one can astral project of you would like but would take a bit more back and forth than a forum would allow let me know if you would like help and I would be interested how your friend is teaching you.

Astral Projection takes a lot of focus to do, and there are many ways to project. Basically what you are doing is "reaching " out with your mind. Read up on different methods and if they don't work out for you, try messing with your own method of it. Most of those methods didn't work for me, so I just started visulizing where I wanna go, and I just end up there ( of course after I calm my mind and focus )
