There are so many different spellbooks. How do I know which one is best for me? Any recommendations?

I mean, spellbooks and articles on here can either fall into a few categories: good, explained gist of the topic, or some good gems that are usually explained in detail by users with the Knowledgeable or Moderator/Editor tags on their profiles and from users who have been on this website for a while and on their path for even longer, or ones that are fluff and fantasy and for purely entertainment. Since you are interested in sigil/candle magic, moon, and tarot, I would suggest searching for those tags and using some critical thinking skills to weed out what you would really want/need to do. Just because it's on the internet, in books, everyone's doing it, doesn't always mean it's the best or even the proper thing for you to do at the time.

These things anyway concern matters of subjective spirituality and intuition, so it is quite literally what ever you want to go with. It's easier than you think, especially if you're solitary, it's like a work of art: symbolic, allegorical, and you wing it most of the times or if you have a very specific idea in mind, then you can create an outline and detail it and sit on it for months.

Also, no one can really tell you what you should be doing. They can, but in the end, it's really just you.

One that I often suggest is the "Encyclopedia of 5000 spells" by Judika Illes. Many bookstores carry this one, so you might give it a look if you see a copy there.

It depends how high are you looking at...
Some people just need a small spell, some want a real power.
