Is there anyway to get a powerful book of spells fast? I need a ton of spells, and I want them kinda quick. I am trying to get them to be powerful, even though I am not a powerful witch. Can someone tell me how?

Flea, magic is not spells. Spells are also not what makes a result powerful.

Since you obviously have a list of desires which you wish to employ magic to help you fulfill, your best option is likely to write your own.

You might want to get the book " The Encyclopedia of 5000 Spells " by Judith Ilke

Of course if you haven't done your studying on how and why magic works and practiced until you have mastered the necessary skills no book of spells is going to help you very much.

A book of spells isn't going to make you "powerful". Time spent with experience and study is what is going to improve you. There is no McDonald's fast food style spell drive through that's going to suddenly make you a powerful andknowledgeable person.

Okay, I get it, it takes time. I don't even know where to start. I know there is a way to do become a better witch, I just don't know how. I have done a lot of research on spell based stuff, just not the whole idea. I really want to advance, however I don't feel like I can. What should I do?

Just keep practicing. Meditate daily. Practice visualization, holding a very dedicated vision in your mind. Learn to direct thought to a purpose. Practice energy manipulation, which can be as simple as 'circulating the body of light' as practiced in some Western tradition, or psi balls, or just feeling the flow which you direct within you. Read and research. Stick to a method for a few months, at least, following instructions on daily practice and possibly ritual (depending on your source).

You will make more progress than you might expect. Since it is gradual, you might not notice what is changing about your success. One day it will dawn on you that things are working.

If you're serious about learning how to do magic and with starting from the rock-bottom then you don't start out by casting spells, you start out by learning how and why magic works.

You see, there is no such thing as an "easy" spell or a "beginner" spell. One either understands how magic works and has mastered the basics...in which case the magic will work..or you haven't done that sort of work..and no spell will work no matter how "easy" it seems.

Casting a successful spell involves much more than finding some spell on the internet or in a book, saying some words, lighting a candle, waving a wand of any of that sort of thing. In order for magic to work you need to understand how and why it works in the first place. Grounding and centering, visualization, focus and intent, energy manipulation, etc are all necessary first steps to even begin to have a chance at a spell actually working...and more importantly to prevent a spell from back-firing on you.

So, my advice for anyone who is truly serious is to start by reading a few books and practicing the exercises those books will give you. Once you have mastered the basics you won't need anyone to give you spells, you'll be able to create your own spells that will be far more effective than anything you find on the net. Here's the books I suggest:

"Before You Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman

"Spells and How They Work" by Janet and Stewart Farrar

"The Veil's Edge" by Willow Polson

"Modern Magick" by Donald Michael Kraig

And the following links in this thread will also help you learn the basic skills necessary for effective spellwork.

You don't just read them, and I doubt you read all of the books I suggested, you must also do the exercises and start practicing the basics. This does not happen over night. You are looking at years of work if you want to be successful at casting spells.
