Upon doing a web search, I am seeing recommendations for:

Hans Orberg’s Lingua Latina series

Wheelock’s Latin (as a complement to the above)

There's also a classic book, Wheelock's Latin, which I have seen recommended.

But since you've requested a web site:
http://www.slu.edu/colleges/AS/languages/classical/latin/tchmat/tchmat.html

https://www.thegreatcourses.com/courses/latin-101-learning-a-classical-language.html?cid=2201

And Duolingo is going to at least eventually release a course on Latin as well.

Please remember to spell out your words. Text speak is not permitted on this site. So it would be "please", not "plz" and "thanks" not "thx"

You used both 'plz' and 'thx' in your two posts.

No, you did not. Using 'plz' in stead of 'please,' and 'thx' in stead of 'thanks' or 'thank you,' is a violation of site rules.

It’s because there are a lot of people on this site that don’t speak English as a first language. It’s a lot easier to understand if you use proper words
