Sleepy
By:
I think this is a strange question, but oh well.

I have had sleeping issues for a while, as in, no matter how much I sleep I get I am always tired. I have attuned myself to a healthy sleeping schedule, but I still want to go to sleep every moment of the day.

I realize this could be a number of physical reasons and not magical, but I have been on different supplements (as prescribed by a doctor) and none seem to make any difference. I am still taking tests to figure out the physical possibilities, but in the meantime, are there any magical reasons to explain my tiredness? I have been associating myself with Morpheus (the god of dreams and sleep) so could that have been a possible cause? I have heard that incorrect grounding could also affect it, but this had been going on for about half a year. Could grounding really have that much of an impact?

(And, if there is a physical problem, any healing visualizations/mediations would be helpful... :)
Thank you! ^^

I would tell both of you to consult a physician. A little tiredness after a working might be normal, but chronic fatigue can be an indicator of underlying health problems, and it's better to be safe than to be suddenly unconscious while driving or something.
