Can a member create their own coven?

You have to send a full coven application to Pet if you want a coven.
We have too many as it is already. There really is no point having a coven, you don't understand the responsibilities involved with keeping everything up to date.
You can try though, but there's a large chance you'll fail in getting a coven.
Be persistent! You'll be rewarded!

maybe flagg and Kao have a Special Secrets?since its a coven od Sisters!!

That coven was there so you can work harder in your training. Like a goal in your work, Pet or someone knew that we all need a goal to do something.

That is what I think that coven is there... And no they don't have a secret about it.

They have their reasons, deal with it...
I am curious about it too of course it's like...THE mystery coven lol...i can think of plenty of reasons why it would be there but...like Trav said, it's none of our business!
Sure would like to be in that coven though...
