blocked

I used to be able to astral travel a lot but then as I got older I can't seem to astral travel at all. It feels like something is keeping my soul from leaving my body or blocking. The answer to that is yes. Once we get older, there needs to be balance in the chakras. I can also see that your guides want to make sure you can protect yourself before you go out and about again.
