how to start coven

i believe this is an innocent enough question, but if this is not innocent by site standards, please tell me, and I'll remove this post as soon as i learn.

but how long does one have to be a member of this site to start a coven of their own?

The short answer is you don't. There are no new covens being added at this time. I would recommend you joining an existing coven. May I ask why you are so intent to start a new one?

Due to the amount of covens, you can't create one. However you can join one by filling out the applications they have, you can fill in an application to take over a coveb thats considered leaderless, or join spell casters which is a coven that's for everyone.
