Break a ancient Norse Hex

I have found out that centuries ago, a witch placed some sort of curse on my family (in old Norway) and I have no clue as how to remove it! Thanks!

Bad luck, my family has had bad luck dating centuries back

Based on what I know, the curse would have been taken off long before you were born. The energy would run out, unless that is, someone is actively still sending the curse to you. Unless an entity is still watching you and sending negative energy to you, it's likely that the curse has already run it's course. If you're not convinced, try putting up circle of salts or pray to the Norse Gods. Leave them some offerings (nothing illegal), and ask them to take off the curse.
