Can someone give me a strong wish spell that really works on anything

The strength of a spell is based in the caster.

No spell will work on anything and everything.

Some things just are not possible, even with magic.

A spell basically is a wish, just using more ritual actions.

I'm afraid you won't find what you're looking for. Since you put "Anything" I'm going to assume you want the impossible. As stated above, any spell is basically a wish, but it's much more serious than just "wishes". You might want to look into more of what you are trying to achieve and do research before you cast at all.

I disagree that spells can easily be described as something close to wishes. It takes more than just desire and initiation for spells to work unlike wishes, and that being said: Wishes can often time be accomplished, if you do not:
1. Doubt yourself; or
2. Let fear take control of you.

Do that and wishes can happen in a week, month and even a year while spells can take more than a lifetime to accomplish or even master to the extent that you are very good at it. Desire, initiation and even experience can still be insufficient without a deeper understanding of what is the very core or principles of the spell you are doing.

For a wish, the only time a wish will not work is:
1. If it is not possible.

As said above a spell is a wish to obtain a specific result in magic/ritual.

I can do a wish spell for you

Here is a simple wish spell. Light a birthday candle, make a wish and blow out the candle.
If you want to get fancy, bless and dress the candle with oil, co-ordinate the candle color with your desire.
Make your wish in fancy wording, carve runes into the candle to represent the wish.
Light it, recite your wish and let the candle burn completely down to the end.
The whole secret is to really put your energy into your wish. sometimes a ritual helps.
