whats happening exactly? you need a spell to get her off your case, calm down, protect her child? i would try talking to her, get to know her, and basically be there to help [don't walk up and go 'i see you're crazier than normal, why is that' might end badly lol] because it could be something bigger than 'annoying boss being super controlling'
funny enough, i was flipping through a spellbook of mine earlier looking for a spell and i noticed it has two spells under 'get your boss off your back' lol, if that's what you need, i could give you one [the easier one i mean]
I'd love to see both so I can adapt it for myself!!! That sounds perfect!
And I am a caregiver for mentally handicapped people. I offered to be a live for someone in a wheelchair. Who just got out of the hospital. And her mother insulted my abilities and life because I am only 22. She thinks I do not have world or job experience. (Neither of which are true) and she said I am not caring!! That I only care about moving into this house!!! Which is completely CRAZY! Yes I like the house. But that's not true at all. I like her daughter a lot. She's a sweetheart.

Boss Fix
[apparently it makes the boss keep their distance and/or treat you nicer]
1 tbsp chili powder
tobacco [unroll one cigarette. preferably your bosses favourite brand]
1 piece of newspaper shredded finely [again, preferably one your boss read]
mix these all together visualizing your desired outcome. afterwards take a pinch of the mixture and lightly sprinkle it outside your bosses office door [basically any walkway they will frequent so they walk over it]
the book also stresses not to go overboard as a little goes a long way [and personally i would be light with it because you don't want your boss asking questions, even worse if a pet/child ingests it]
