need some help

I need some help from somebody who knows a spell that really works 100%. I need a spell to bind my wife's co-worker who's starting to wrong her. She's very sharp and planning to give my wife hard time at work. Just this morning my wife cried because of her.
So your help will be highly appreciated if you can come up with one spell.
