astral projecting

hi!i wanted to know how i can astral project and how i can controll it.what if when i get out of my body i wont be able to come back?its my first time doing this so....

i wont be able to come back? Everybody does.. unless they die... +_+ for another complications like a heart failure.. you were already dying of something else.

what exactly can i do in astral project? Anything you let yourself to imagine...

how do i do it?? It comes natural.. everybody does it... when going to sleep...that trick part is to be conscience of it.
