Clear Quartz is commonly believed to be associated with the following: amplifying energy (especially energy for love, healing, and psychicism), helps focus thoughts, helps connect us to the energy of the universe.
Personally, I use quartz crystal as an energy amplifier for spells, herbal sachets, etc.

Ok, but like I said, it's not a big quartz crystal, I can hold it in between my thumb and pointer finger.

Nightmare, people have been trying to help you and you are returning with rudeness, we are not here to spoon feed you information, Misanthropy and Shadowcasts have given you some very good links to find more information, why not use what you have been given.

The size of the crystal does not make anything Misanthropy has said any less valid, of course the shape can change the way you use it, but the crystal still has the same properties.

You may find that using the crystal as a small wand to direct energy is the best way to use a crystal of this shape, as the point can assist directing the crystal's energy as well as your own.

But I read about the quartz crystal, is somehow able to do something with the realm of spirits, what is the real of spirits exactly?, is it a real thing?
