Need to help a freind

Ok a freind of mine got his self in big trouble with meth and is in jail,and him messing with the people that was using meth and using it and dealing it I lost my best freind and I was wanting to know what i can do to:

1) reconcile with him ( i recently sent him a letter to the jail he's at)
2)help him over come the addiction to meth and any other drugs he might have been using,
3) stay away from everyone that had to do with drugs that he was hanging around,and
4) Help him out with his legal situation

All that you can really do is let your friend know that you love and support him, no matter what. Meth is a very hard habit to kick, and I am afraid that your friend must fight that battle on his own, no one else can fight it for him. Sometimes being sent to jail is the best wake up call a person can get, too. He may be much better off there than on the streets, and maybe he will be able to find the inner strength to take that first step towards recovery. So keep writing to him and telling him that you are there for him, and giving him the support and encouragement that he needs!

I was actually hoping someone could at least point me in the direction of some sort of ritual i could do to help to start getting away from meth
