It would be wise to research the laws in your area as, depending on your age it may be illegal to form or join a coven. Reading books on covens, such as Covencraft by Amber K or the Real Witches' Coven by Kate West, is also advised.
After you've done your research and are ready to start looking for group members, perhaps post a listing on WitchVox.com, as it is one of the go-to sources for connecting within the witch world.
