Reputation

So, as of recent, whenever I click on someone's profile I see something that says reputation there.
Some say beginner and some say novice.
But my profile doesn't have this. How can I get this on my profile?

Reputation is given by those who are knowledgeable or above. It is passed on posts in forum as well as activity in chatter, from what I understand.

I did have a Novice reputation on my previous account before I accidentally got it gagged D':

I didn't know the chatter auto gagged people on caps.
