help with my precognition

hi everyone,it been a couple of years since i started seeing things before they happened,i cannot control it since it comes and goes and i can only get a small glance. this only comes when im not aware. Alright. Keep up the meditating, certainly. You could try using meditation music or music to put in a bit of a trancelike state (this music can easily be found on YouTube). Inducing such a state can cause precognition, so you might be able to practice it easier.

As Sylviana has mentioned, you could try searching these stuff to help on trance, on youtube; trance is a powerul way for that...
