What to do in the Ocean

Hello everyone. I have a very specific case that I thought would bring up a good conversation. I live on a steel ship that is out in the ocean for months at a time. Now I’m a newbie but I know some people say that the ocean is a great source of energy. Now for the question: What should I do? Ok so that does add one more key bit of information. I have a small green stone from New Zealand that is a type of jade. The Maori say that it "holds a piece of whoever touches it" so I've had everyone I've met since it was given to me hold on to it for a couple of minutes. Yes it's a place of great power ! Is enough to tell that the water is linked to The Primordial Waters ... and , as the life comes from the fisical waters(ocean) ,thus that give an idea of "the power" behind the seas , rivers etc.. There's a certain spell I like to do with ocean stuff. Try to find a sea shell or a rock or something that will sink. Then, write something on it you would like to let go or some other symbolic meaning that is important to you, then let it sink, float, get eaten, or carried along with the waves, what ever works for you!

Like something that is oppressing you or you can't move on. Remember, thoughts are first in line for any major changes in behavior and in life!
