Darkness

I have seen, many people are saying that Darkness is a beautiful thing. I don't know why they think of that, but I have a sense they are correct.

BUt from your personal opinions, what "Darkness" is and why is it beautiful?

I always see people who thank the darkness, who say they're 'dark', yet I don't see anyone thanking the light. Without the light, Darkness wouldn't exist.

A lot of times people will say "Darkness is beautiful" because the night is when things are quiet, and calm, or I have seen some who claim the Darkness made them insane and they "love" killing things, "being evil", and more.

Darkness isn't the opposite of light, darkness is light, and light is darkness. They are from each other and they need each other to exist - there is balance.

I don't see how one can love the dark yet not also love the light in return.

For me, Darkness is the other side of the Light and a side that everyone of us has, especially me.

Well look at things differently.
Without Darkness There would be no Light.
Without Death there'd be no Life

Darkness is very much just like the light. Once you become too used to it you will think light is 'beautiful'. And the opposite is also true.

A good number of people I know find beauty in darkness because of the night and the beauty's that lie in it. Also in the darkness we are the safest, for the darkness hides us and we stay more attintive in the darkness. There is also Nyx who has something to do with darkness or night.

Well i tend to like darkness. Without it we would be nothing.
This world just cant be all sunshine and happyness.
We need darkness to keep us going. All though some people are good.
Everyone has a little bit of darkness in them,and deep in their hearts

I Love the darkness Alot Maybe beacuse i am gothic

Darkness is good, if darkness is bad why day and night. every body has his dark side for security, safety and defense. if you don't have dark side it means you can not defense your self in what ever way especially when you are in danger. darkness always support us when we are in desperate need of what we can not afford both spiritually, mentally and physically. so always make use of your dark side where ever necessary, don't always ignore your dark side, it is very important that is why it is in you for your own good.
