As a coven, we are are a family. We have the chance to connect in ways many people can't. Yesterday was one of those days. I was assisting someone on this site understand the danger of messing with aggressive and negative spiritual forces. Her friend was cavorting with an extremely negative spirit and it was making him very sick. She saw and became aware of it when she astral projected and tried to visit his physical body in astral form. It was looming over him and was draining his health away.
She originally asked me about sigil creation as a way to establish some kind of physical representation of a protection spell to resist this entity's influence. I gave her some detailed instructions and all seemed to go well. However, in the space of a couple hours, she contacted me in a panic and begged for help. The entity was there and was assaulting her. She felt despair begin to swallow her whole.
I didn't know how to help at first. I'm just one person a world away. I had an idea and I jumped onto the Coven Chat. I asked my fellow members of the coven to lend me their strength and energy, to send me all the positive vibes that they could. Almost immediately, I felt my body start to vibrate and I could "hear" (feel) my spirit hum. I was empowered with the full force of those that were on the Coven Chat.
I fell to my knees and quickly put myself into a state that was appropriate for spell casting. I called the victim's name and "saw" her curled in a ball beside me. Then I felt it: the voidling. The vacuum. It was disgusting and angry and scared. It knew what I was about to do. I raised my arms up, drank in the energy, and breathed it out with a quiet, but firm command.
"You are not welcome here. You are trespassing in this home. We cast you out. Get thee hence!"
Almost immediately, the room began to lighten. I felt the weight of despair lifting. I stood and commanded that our victim feel our presence and feel our power. I demanded that the entity be removed from her presence. I felt as though she was feeling that energy.
I was interrupted by a knock at the door and I quickly sealed up the spell with a silent prayer of protection. After dealing with the guest for a few minutes, I rushed back to my computer. The woman had messaged me. She said the entity was gone now and that she was feeling much better.
We did that. I'd like to extend my thanks and hers to you that aided me last night. You helped save someone from a dark and cruel energy. We, as a Coven, have incredible strength. We can do so much more than we know. Please, fellow members, remember that we are here for each other and that we can help each other. We need only listen to one another and trust each other.
Thank you again. Blessed be.

Videan, you are truly a wonderful example of a role model coven member. It's hard to be active every day, open up to each other and seek that help, or to even try to get to know each other.
