Message spells

I recently used a message spell to send a message to a friend and they called me on the phone a couple of hours later..so my question is when I send someone a message spell will they hear it in their mind using my voice or theirs or is it just a feeling they get instead of an actual message?

To be quite honest, this sounds like more of a fantasy. They won't be able to hear your voice in their head nor would they get a feeling. I believe your friend calling you is complete coincidence.
