Today is a sad dsy for me because my master died one year ago, her name was Petronila Vasquez, she was 75 years old and a very wise and temperamental woman. She studied shamanism, spiritism and energy Works

When she started to teach me, i just knew the basics and some energy and force magick by a book, she taught me more about energy and force magick, sigils and thought-forms/energy beings

She had several energy beings that she created and also was omni theist but she worked with the roman pantheon.
