Not sure

Okay so long story short, there are times when I get extremely upset. Sometimes when I'm in this state, things will randomly start falling down, but it's like someone is grabbing it and throwing it? It happens a lot, to be honest, I bet it's just coincidence but I'm really just curious as to what you guys think, as this has really been bothering me.

Ah...this probably means you have the gift of telekinesis.Its really rare in some ways.

Since telekinesis does not exist that is not what is causing things to fall. But it is possible that you are experiencing poltergeist activity which is not uncommon especially in homes where there are teens.

My grandmother often talks about seeing something watching me... I've seen thins as well, it could be possible.

I agree with Lark, telekinesis is impossible. But I would also like to add that the same applies to the proposed 'poltergeist activity'. Check if there are no rodents in the house or maybe your area is prone to earth quakes.
