*Desperately wants hot chocolate... but is trying to be a good noodle*

Started going to the gym Sunday. Today is the first day I am taking a bit of a breather at home. I've managed to go for an hour each time, mainly focusing on exercises that work to strengthen my back muscles and easy cardio. It's kind of exciting, and something new, so I feel positive about it. I've been compiling healthy recipes and stuff to cook as well. I'm really trying.

Dreading going back to graduate school here in two weeks. I did fine last semester, 4.0. But grad school is a lot of stress and worry and very time consuming. This next semester for me will be filled with classes that have to do with statistics and learning to program stats into various computer programs, building models, etc. Not really the kind of classes I wanted to be taking. Who knows though? I'm starting this semester off as a research assistant instead of teaching classes like I was last semester, so maybe it will be more fun.

Jasmine tea again (because I love it)

Today I have started play practice for James and the Giant Peach the musical and I'm in the ensemble. My family is sad that I got in the ensemble because I have a good voice and my sister is going into musical theatre, so they wanted me to try plays too. Personally I am very happy I do not have a big part because it's more stress which I do not need and because I do not like singing in front of people. Besides the play I have been liking basketball better because I have just laughed along (even though I wanted to punch him) with the guy bullying me and so he has started to slow down the hurtful comments. Atlas a little bit. School is already starting to get stressful again, I have two tests this week and it's the first week back from break. Anyways hope you all are doing well.
(Thanks Blue, I hope you get good grades and get to see them soon.)

*shaking from caffeine overdose*

I hate being nervous about telling family members the simplest shit in fear of a returning reaction of being negative. For example, my date and I have planned our evening tomorrow and I've been set with the task of telling my father. But my father was very angry last time that I was late from the last date. But hopefully it will put some comfort in him that we'll be right at home at the movies seeing a horror movie.

I am kinda nervous about my mom finding out because my family is Christian and I am not But I am still scared of going to hell because I was raised that way But I believe in multiple gods and have to lie at school saying I am Christian because my school is full of them and I believe if they found out that I was a studying witchcraft that I was worshiping the devil is it true that you have to do a ritual to become one because when I look up how to become on it tells me that

A ritual to become a witch? Nope, that's a myth. It's hard to pin down what makes one a witch. Studying and practicing witchcraft? But then how would one define witchcraft as a whole practice?

pumpkin bread and jasmine tea :)

Basketball SUCKS!!! I can't wait till February when winter sports ends. I am taking a group of test right now that I like to call Child Torture Program (CTP is what the tests are actually called). It stinks also. Play practice is fun though, and I got a compliment from my piano teacher that I really liked. I guess I'm okay...

*stirs some whip cream into her hot chocolate*

Feel like I've got the short stick at work. I spent most of December in the lab working on equipment and going out in the field. Classes still don't start for another week, but I've spent the entire last week in the lab working on calibrating equipment, downloading data and doing ecosystems modeling. It's not so much that I necessarily mind doing the work. I just mind that.. Oh, I'm the only one having to do it.

My lab partner is also hired as a research assistant and getting paid the same amount as me. However, she left halfway through December and flew home and took a break. She just got back today, and has yet to do any lab work- and likely won't until after classes start. That's a whole month I've worked my ass off, and she hasn't- yet we both are getting the same paycheck at the end of the month. How's that fair?

Some person named like something Patterson that rock music summons demons I found that to be an outrages lie because he is saying rock music is satanic which is a dumb idea by someone who hates the music
