Elemental magick trouble?

I am an Aquarius and so, as you know, that falls under the air element. if i want to start working with elemental magick can i dabble in other elements, and can my stronger points after all exist in an element other than air? I was just wondering this because i was told that since i was born under the air element it would come the most natural to me once i got the hang of it. Is this true?

In truth, this has little to do with magic and deals specifically with astrology. We are made of all the elements. In magic is is best for us to work with each of them and accept them all as a part of us. To limit yourself to one element is like limiting yourself to personality trait.

Nord is correct, what is more is that your sun-sign is only a fraction of your astrological chart. Every other planet, the moon, and your rising sign count a lot. Chances are you will have them all in varying signs.

I have not come across a person yet who does not have at least one planet in a sign of each elemental classification.

From what I have known, Aquarius is from the element of water. Though it is possible for someone of Aquarius to be an element other than water. For example, I am an Aries (which is suppose to be fire) yet I am of the element Air. When I try I work with any element other than air, it doesn't work or dose the opposite.

Nord & Hadit are correct... I would also like to add that Aquarius is considered a water sign not an air sign.

this is the issue with using your astrological sign to 'determine your element' different schools of astrology define them differently.

It is more practical not to limit yourself to only one element and learn to work with all of them

Being Aquarius I have always known the sighn to be known as the water carrier but the element of air - and air does carry water ?.

In saying that I agree with what others have said over not limiting yourself.

Yea people sometimes get confused. the sign for aquarius is water carrier yet it is an air element. thanks for the advice :)

Aquarius is very much so classified as an air sign, the others being Libra and Gemini.

The water signs are Pisces, Scorpio, and Cancer.
