thats what meditation is subposed to do so your doing good! keep it up and keep trying spells sometimes it takes a while to get them to work good.

Lol, really, with spells, crystals are only tools you can use... what lies in you, is what matters and what you only need =]
Meditate daily, it's good for your body, and also, psi balls are easy, really really easy..
Just do it once, and you'll keep doing it again..
