there are a few guided meditations on youtube that will help you as well if you are having trouble. That's what helped me and once i opened that door i could do it on my own. i learned a lot of things from that one experiance. although i will tell you to be careful. sometimes there are negative entities that will pose as a guide, but they aren't. when you meet your animal, make sure it doesn't make you out as a chosen one or try to manipulate you. that being said, do not be afraid either. good luck in your quest!
