So you're asking how to astral project? That's a whole other deal. There are multiple methods. They range from different meditation positions, imagining a rope from your center and climbing it, astral 'vehicles,' and so much more. All I can suggest is, once your meditation and visualization abilities are strong, to pick a method and try until you know for certain whether it works for you -- not just one attempt. If one does not work, try another. There is no easy way, no 'trick' to get it started, or anything of the sort.
