Question plz read!

Are there any really really simple ways to protect yourself from bad energy before a spell and all night? And also, can you create your own method of protection by like drawing a red pentagram on your hand?

You can use protect spells and chants i prefer chants. I always remember when i when i feel like i am in danger i say it over and over again till i fill safe. Also i heard i thing called casting circles i think it is called is good way but i don't know much about the subject. And about making your protection methods, i don't know but i know having a pentagram on you is good protection.
