I have experimented with this. Here is a technique you can try. Works better at nightfall when there is still a little daylight but not much. A hallway will work good. Just simply stand or sit in the shadows and meditate. You should feel the energy of the Shadows. Likely blur not always you may also feel a presence in the shadows as well. I always have. But once you feel the energy of the Shadows you can then manipulate this energy. I usually cloak myself in shadow and have even tested it by having a friend try to see me....and they can't even if they are in the same room. It's awesome. I also surround my self in a energy layer of shadow and it acts as a sort of magick protection. This helps because it absorbs any negative energies sent at me. This type of magick works and is very useful. Like any practice thought the more you practice at it the better you will get at it...
