I would suggest you to remove bad thoughts from your mind, and keep looking at positive impacts rather than looking at negatives, if you'll get indulge in negative part you'll started making situation worse. Try some meditation like visualize white light around you, and make yourself believe that the light is spiritual and protecting you, and this white light around you is hiding wrong peoples around you and if someone beats you in dream then visualize white light is healing and everything bad is a past about 1000 years ago and believe none can find you again.
