Energy Work

I'm trying energy work for the first time, and I've found that whenever I make a ball of energy the energy feels sort of dense, and my hands feel like magnets that are attracted to the ball of energy. It's a really weird feeling. Is this normal? Is it not supposed to feel like this?

Perfectly normal sensation Crow. In fact it's a good sign that you're beginning to develop a strong sense of what it feels like to channel energy through your body in a specific way.

Physical sensations differ from person to person, but warmth, tingliness, numbness, a feeling like static electricity or magnetism are all common.

Keep practicing, sounds like you're on the right track.

The thing is though, I've only tried it 4 or 5 times and think I've done it perfectly each time, so can I just be imagining things or are some people just able to immediately do it? I've been told it takes a lot of practice but I seem to be able to do it really quickly.

Yes that is normal. Different peope learn at different paces, some faster than others. Keep up the good work :)
