I need help m-shifting

Dose anyone have any advise on m-shifting. I tried visualizeing the animal's head in my head and it almost worked I just need a little bit more.

I'm sorry but that's actually not possible....
but if you are serious and want to learn the real craft, then better you start with the basic and know what is possible and what is not.

M-shifting is mentally shifting, not physically shifting.
