Wishing Spell qnq

I need help finding for a wishing spell. Its pretty hard finding one here. The wish I have isn't to "big" or "unrealistic" mainly a miracle wish I could say.

Well since all spells are like wishes, chances are this spell exists somewhere. Try a candle spell. Get a candle of the corresponding colour [blue to heal, yellow for friendship, or just use a white candle] charge it with energy and light the candle. As it burns out visualize your desired outcome.
