spell effect on my energy

i need a bit of help ever since i cast my first few spells my energy reserves have been decreasing very slowly like a cup with a small hole in the bottom.

at first i did not notice but now its quite bad i wake and feel like i have been awake half a day.

its getting really annoying because i feel constantly weak and i don't like feeling so vulnerable. does anyone have a way to help refill the energy? any help at all will be gratefully accepted.

i had the same problem but i found a solution, try taking energy from electrical things with this method,
if you are right handed put your left hand on the electrical item and vice versa, now visualize lots of little electrons in the thing, visualize them going up your arm into your chest and moving around your body
you might want to meditate before doing this
