In my opinion, your all overthinking it, and your assuming its magick. As someone whos had experience with the behavior of people as much as animals, i can tell you that someone experienced in manipulation can make a strait man turn Bi. Make men and women alike write checks and as in this situation, can create a fabricated devotion. More than likely this woman either wants money, or simply enjoys stringing people along. There are many different types of profiles with endless equasions to create them.

A bad person does not equal a bad creature or demon or anything. You probably just don't like her so everything she does seems scary and evil to you.

Well you cant curse food but you can put potions in food. She might be evil I don't know I never been by her, but start giving her rings and stuff but first you have to curse it. She could be a demon or a witch from the shadows. Just..... put some food in your mouth and don't eat it. Tell them that you are sick or you fell sick.

Try to act like you like her and put a protection spell on you and you gramps I'm kind of going though the same thing except it's a creepy teacher and everytime I look into his eyes it feels like im looking into a demons eyes im use to that but the creepy thing is I'm his favorite out of all his students. try giving her a necklace with a cross on it or something if she is a demon that should weeken her if she wears it. try telling your gramps that you want to befriend the lady and the cross if you get one is to maybe to apologize for thinking that she's evil and not wanting to eat her food and maybe if you get a good enough protection spell the bad luck will stop and your gramps will stop acting all weird.

I know this is late but all I was saying is succubus yes demons do not form on physical plains but they can manipulate people to a degree
